Trai Anfield is a weather forecaster for BBC Look North in the North East and Cumbria.

Broadcasting was almost an accidental career move for Trai. She was a countryside ranger, but had to give it up after a car accident left her with the condition ME for several years. After planning to go into climate change research, Trai was asked to do weather forecasting and is now one of the weather forecasters for BBC Look North.

Back at home she loves cooking for friends and pottering in the garden – although her new allotment looks set to keep her busy for a long time to come!



Richard Angwin is the main weather presenter for Points West, the BBC’s regional news magazine for the West. Previously, David worked as a weather presenter in London and was one of the main forecasters on the Six O’clock News. David Braine was born in London and educated in Somerset.

Natalie Booker is a weather forecaster for BBC South East Today. Natalie joined the Met Office in London in 1999 where she held the post of Broadcast Assistant. In 2001, Natalie moved to Tunbrige Wells to become a weather forecaster in the South East on both TV and Radio. Her interests include snowboarding and cars.
